Trade Street Book Launch

On Saturday December 19th from 10 a.m. until noon we will launch our book Trade Street with a morning coffee. The Trade Street book includes 150 color and black and white photographs and postcards and was compiled and edited by ACM Volunteer Carl Compton and ACM Director Beverly Childs. Mr. Compton, a life-long Andersonian, will be available to discuss Anderson County History and the photographs and postcards included in Trade Street.

We would also invite you to visit our latest permanent exhibit Trade Street: The History of Commerce in Anderson County – many of the photographs and artifacts in the exhibit are shown in the book.
