SENIOR Solutions to offer Arthritis Foundation Exercise Classes

SENIOR Solutions in Anderson will offer Arthritis Foundation Exercise Classes designed for people with arthritis, Fibromyalgia and lupus. This low-impact class uses gentle, joint-safe exercises to help relieve stiffness and decrease pain. Participants can sit or stand according to their abilities.

This eight week course meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00-3:00 pm, starting Tuesday, April 13th at the Market Place Cinema Senior Center. Come join us as we take control with exercise.
