On Wednesday, November 18, at 4:00 p.m., the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Daniel Chapman, owner of IHC Security Services, Inc. at the Chamber office located at 907 North Main Street, Suite 200 in Anderson.
