Hartwell Pre-4th Extravaganza

Friday's Events Include:

9:30am - Sidewalk Sales Downtown Hartwell

5:30pm to 11:00pm - Dancin' on Depot 12th Annual DANCIN' on DEPOT Street Dance. Tickets will be $5 each. Gates open at 5:00pm. Remember to bring your lawn chairs and dancing shoes.

Saturday's Events Include:

9:00am - 3:00pm - Pre-4th Arts & Crafts Extravaganza. This is an amazing festival filled with many fun community events on the Square in Hartwell. Free admission.

10:30am - Pre-4th Extravaganza Children's Parade. Judging will take place at 10:00am and starts at the back parking lot of the First United Methodist Church. Route goes down Howell Street and will be ending at the Ronald McDonald Stage on the Courthouse Square. For more information, call Kathy Breffle at (706) 436-2698.

8:00pm - Pre-4th Community Band Concert. Join us for an evening of patriotic music provided by the Northeast Georgia Community Band at the Big Oaks Recreation Area. Free admission to the concert.

Dusk - Pre-4th Fireworks. Enjoy a tremendous fireworks display at the Big Oaks Recreation Area by the dam. Fireworks are sponsored by the Hart County Chamber of Commerce and the Hartwell Service League. Free admission to the fireworks. WLHR Radio will be broadcasting patriotic music for the fireworks on their radio station 92.1 FM, so bring a radio along to the fireworks!
